I am a color and nature inspired fine art painter living in the heart of Houston, Texas with my husband, Elliott, our 3 year old son, his new baby brother, and our Chocolate Lab. I work from a bright and airy joint-studio-bedroom in my home. Usually with some type of children’s music playing in the background.

I was not formally trained, but enjoy taking online art classes to hone my skills. I work mainly in oil and watercolor, but love jumping around to different mediums depending on the day. I started out selling watercolor prints and custom portraits in 2016. Since then, I’ve transitioned into both large and small scale original oil paintings and fine art paper prints.

My artwork is inspired by our adventures traveling and from the journey of motherhood; my motivation comes from my love for the Creator. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord.” — Colossians 3:23-24

When not in the studio, we love traveling to foreign places, strolling through art and history museums or experiencing small, quiet moments at home (watching whatever interior design show we can).
